Your boiler & radiators are a key feature of your Simplicity plan. Our gas safe registered engineers will do everything possible to bring back life to your heating system. They will replace parts on the day wherever possible. The same goes as well for the radiators in your home.
What Our Plan Covers
We understand the stress and anxiety this can cause. Call us and we’ll put your mind at ease. We can’t help you with what you’ve lost, however we’ll send an expert out to make sure your home is secure so at least you can sleep without worry.
Electrical & Gas
We cover damage to your internal gas supply pipe through to a leaky boiler. If you ever smell gas the first response is to the National Gas Emergency Service. They’ll need to isolate it before it can be repaired. Electrical emergencies are also covered by our cover plan. So if you lose your power supply (not a circuit breaker/blown fuse), we’ll restore it for you.
Annual Boiler Service
Once you have been a customer of ours for 3 months we will then contact you (March – November only) to arrange for your annual service. If however we are needed to come out to manage a repair of your heating system before that we will do the annual service at that time. This ensure’s your boiler is in tip-top condition for the following winter.
As a homeowner, you’ll have the usual home insurance cover. Unfortunately, insurance rarely covers everyday home emergencies which always occur. This is why most people have a Home Emergency plan to give them peace of mind. This saves them from the unwanted expense of dealing with it. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Most companies would charge an excess on every claim but with us there are no excess fee.
When does my boiler cover start?
It starts on the day you start paying.
Do I have to pay a callout fee?
Unlike other companies our callouts are free. There is no excess no matter how many times an engineer visits for the same problem.
Do you cover my boiler type?
We provide cover for boilers that operate on natural gas and floor standing boilers. We cover all major makes and models.
Unfortunately, we do not provide cover for:
- LPG boilers
- Back boilers
- Electric boilers
- Oil boilers
